We are pet owners ourselves and have taken special care to ensure dignity for your pet in his/her passing.
The proper disposal of your pets remains will provide you with a sense of comfort knowing that you have done your best for your pet.
Cremation is the hastening of a natural process, and is accomplished with our state-of-the-art equipment which utilizes intense heat and flame, thus returning the body to its natural elements.
Cremation is a humane way of caring for your deceased pets remains. The remains are commonly called “Ashes”, but the correct term is “Cremains”.
Communal Cremation
A communal cremation is the cremation of several pets at one time. This service is for those who do not wish to have the cremains returned to them, but still wish to receive the highest quality of care for their pet. The cremains from this process are a mixture from all the pets in the group.
The rates for a communal cremation range from $50.00 to $ 100.00 depending on the pets size.
Private Cremation
This is the most preferred type of service. One pet is cremated at a time and all of his/her cremains are returned to you. People have many choices with regard to the disposition of the cremains. Some people like the idea of keeping their pet close to them and decide to purchase an urn. We have a selection of customized urns available (pictured right). Many people like the idea of returning the cremains to the earth by scattering them. You may take them with you to scatter in a wooded area, a brook or under your pets favorite tree.
The base rate for a private cremation is $ 100.00 (up to ?? pounds), with an additional charge of $1 per pound. The price includes pickup from and return to you or your veterinarian. Also included is a standard urn.
